• Regular Practice Schedule

Thursday
• All Ages Practice (only for swimmers attending the championship): 4:45–5:30 PM
• Pep Rally: 5:30–6:15 PM

Friday
• Championship Prelims | Check-In 7:45 AM | Start 9:00 AM

Saturday
• Championship Finals | Check-In 7:45 AM | Start 9:00 AM
• Luau Spirit Day!!!

Sunday
• End-of-Season Awards Party | 6:30 PM

Important Reminders

✅ RSVP for Championships by Tuesday at Noon; RSVP for parties by Tuesday end-of-day

⚠️ If you RSVP "Yes," to the meets your swimmer must be available for both Friday and Saturday.

🏆 All entered swimmers compete on Friday. The only qualification is that swimmers must have swam in 2 previous meets (including Time Trials).  Top swimmers and relays advance to Saturday Finals.
