📢 Action Required: RSVP for Saturday's Meet

Please declare your swimmer in SwimTopia for Saturday's swim meet by the end of the day today.

If you do not RSVP by the deadline, your swimmer will not be entered into the meet. If you RSVP "Yes," please make every effort to attend, as coaches create events and relays based on the declaration list.

Relay Invitational – Wednesday, June 17

Relay Participation
This is an invitational relay meet, and only selected swimmers will participate. Please check SwimTopia to see if your swimmer has been assigned to a relay.

If your swimmer is scheduled to swim, please make every effort to attend. Relay teams consist of four swimmers, and each swimmer is counting on their teammates to be there.

📍 Location: Quillian Center Pool
10570 Westpark Dr., Houston, TX 77042

The pool is located on Westcenter Dr. between Richmond and Westpark.

Parking & Facility Notes

• Park in the large parking lot south of the pool.
• See attached maps for parking, bathrooms, concessions, spectator areas, timer locations, and pool orientation.
• ⚽ Please keep swimmers off the soccer fields; games begin at 6:00 PM.
• 🛝 The playground is open.

Schedule

• 2:45 PM – Set-up begins
• 3:15 PM – Swimmer & volunteer check-in
• 3:40 PM – Warm-ups / Check-in closes
• 4:00 PM – Meet begins

Running Late?
Because this is a relay meet, it is important that swimmers arrive and check in on time. If you are running late, please text or call Molly Smith (281-615-0324) before check-in closes at 3:40 PM.

Team Area
SVST will be under the pavilion. We are sharing the space with two other teams, so please look for the SVST team signand set up in our designated area.

Concessions (Cash, Venmo & Zelle accepted)

• Snacks, candy, drinks & Kona Ice
• Chick-fil-A (starting ~3:30 PM, limited quantities)
• Pizza by the slice (starting ~5:30 PM)
