Please set up with the SVST team in the designated area in front of the clubhouse and playground.

Parking is available on surrounding streets. Please follow posted signs and be considerate of neighborhood driveways and traffic flow.

If picking up photos, please take a moment to carefully verify that you are taking the correct envelope and photos for your swimmer. Thank you for helping us ensure everyone receives their order!

🎲 Tri Meet Notes

Because this is a tri meet, you can expect more swimmers and a longer meet than usual. Be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, games, books, cards, crafts, or other activities to help swimmers have fun and stay entertained under the team tents throughout the day.

✅ Reminders

• Swimmers must check in promptly upon arrival.
• Volunteers should check in and report to their assigned positions.
• Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, team suit, goggles, towels, and activities for downtime between events.
• Please wait to apply sunscreen until after swimmers have checked in and had their events written on their arms.
• Your swimmer must remain under their designated age-group tent throughout the meet so age-group parents can ensure swimmers make it to the ready bench on time for their events.
• Before leaving the meet, please help ensure your swimmer has cleaned up their area. There was quite a bit of trash left behind after our last meet, particularly under the older swimmers' tent. Let's leave our team area better than we found it.

Lost and Found is located in the white box by the practice pool.

⚠️ Safety Reminder

Please help us keep all swimmers safe by ensuring they stay completely out of the baby pool and shallow-end areas throughout the meet.
