⏰ Arrival & Check-In

• Swimmers and volunteers should arrive by 7:45 AM unless your volunteer assignment has an earlier arrival time (such as setup volunteers).
• Upon arrival, go directly to the Check-In Tent and give your name.
• Volunteers will receive their assignment instructions and check-in information at the Check-In Tent.
• Swimmers will then report to their Age Group Tent, where their events will be written on their arm with a Sharpie.

⚠️ Important: Please do not apply sunscreen to your swimmer's arms before check-in. Event numbers must be written on their arm first. Sunscreen can be applied afterward.

7:45 AM – Swimmer Check-In
8:00–8:20 AM – SVST Warm-Ups
8:40 AM – Officials & Timers Meeting
9:00 AM – Meet Begins

🎒 What to Bring

✔️ Plenty of water (more than you think you'll need!)
✔️ Team swimsuit
✔️ Goggles
✔️ Swim cap (if using one)
✔️ Towels
✔️ Chairs or blankets for your family
✔️ Games, books, cards, coloring supplies, or other activities for downtime between events

🍩 Concessions

The concession stand will be located at the Pavilion and will be cashless (credit/debit cards and electronic payment only).

Available for purchase:

• Breakfast tacos
• Donuts
• Pizza for lunch
• Drinks and snacks

💙 One Final Tip

Pack your swim bag tonight, set out your team suit and goggles, and get to bed a little early. A smooth morning makes for a much more enjoyable meet day!
