🏊 TEAM SUITS
Texas Swim Shops will be set up near the gym from 3:00–6:00 PM selling Dolphin team suits.

Can’t make it Friday afternoon?
Call Texas Swim Shops Friday morning to place your order, and they will deliver your suit Friday afternoon to DADS Club for pickup on Monday.

🙋 MEET VOLUNTEERS
Please check in at the volunteer table when you arrive to receive your assignment and instructions for your role.

🍽 Chick-fil-A Dinner Pre-Order
Let us take one thing off your plate Friday night and pre-order dinner for your family!

Dinner box pickup:  Starting 4:45pm at the concessions stand

🛍 MERCHANDISE PICKUP
Team merchandise orders will be available for pickup at the check-in tent during Time Trials.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

Please label all items with your swimmer’s name.
• Swimsuit
• Goggles
• Team swim cap (if purchased)
• Towels
• Water bottle
• Healthy snacks
• Chairs or blankets for seating
• Extra dry clothes for after the meet
• Small games, coloring books, crafts, or quiet activities for swimmers to enjoy with friends between events

📅 FRIDAY SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE

3:00–6:00 PM — Texas Swim Shops open & selling team suits
4:45 PM — Meet check-in begins at the check-in table
(After check-in, swimmers should go to their age-group tent)
5:00 PM — Warm-ups begin
5:25 PM — National Anthem
5:30 PM — Meet begins

⏱ MAKE-UP TIME TRIALS

If your swimmer is unable to attend Time Trials on Friday night, please don’t forget to RSVP for Make-Up Time Trials.

Having an accurate headcount is very important as we plan lanes, timers, and volunteers.

📸 IMPORTANT REMINDER: PICTURE DAY IS MONDAY!
Please wear your team suit.

Picture Schedule:
5:00–5:45 PM — 6U and 7–8
5:45 PM — TEAM PICTURE
(All swimmers should arrive by 5:30 PM to ensure they are included)
6:00–7:00 PM — 9–10 and older + anyone unable to attend the earlier session
