Time Trials is This Friday
Time Trials Schedule - Friday, May 15
- 4:45 PM – Check-In
- 5:00 PM – Warm-Ups Begin
- 5:30 PM – Meet Starts
1. RSVP for Time Trials on SwimTopia
Let us know if you can (or can’t) make it by ‘declaring’ your swimmer in SwimTopia.
*If your swimmer cannot attend Friday’s Time Trials, please RSVP for the Time Trials Makeup session, Tuesday, May 19th.
Don’t remember how to RSVP? See Slide 9 of the attached slide deck for RSVP instructions.
2. Volunteers Needed
Volunteer support is essential to running our meets successfully. We are still in need of:
• Starter
• Judges
If you haven’t done it before, don’t worry. We will help AND it’s the best seat in the house to watch your kids swim.
3. Chick-fil-A Dinner Preorder
Let us take one thing off your plate Friday night and pre-order your family’s dinner from Chick-fil-A. Make sure you put your order in by Thursday night.
Dinner boxes will be available for pickup during check-in @ 4:45pm-5pm
4. Merchandise Pickup
Team merchandise orders will be available for pickup at the check-in tent during Time Trials Friday evening.
5. Team Swim Suits
Texas Swim Shops will be onsite Friday selling team suits. Grab yours to wear for all the SVST swim meets AND to wear for pictures next Monday.
**If you will not be at Time Trials, please contact Texas Swim Shops before Friday to purchase a suit prior to Picture Day next Monday**
